The Ministry of Environment has established a soil pollution assessment evaluation and testing system for business land in Taiwan, introducing professional evaluation and survey work. In addition to setting the "Soil Pollution Evaluation Personnel Management Regulations," a platform has been built for the reporting, management, re-registration, and querying of soil pollution assessment survey personnel information. This platform allows the public to query the information of evaluation personnel, facilitating the delegation of soil pollution evaluation.

The general public, businesses, and local environmental protection agencies

In line with the announcement and implementation of the "Soil Pollution Evaluation Personnel Management Regulations," the ministry planned and developed this system in 2011, which officially went online in 2012. The system provides functions for personnel registration, re-registration, certification of training hours, implementation detail reporting, and public inquiry.

The system enables online registration for soil pollution evaluation personnel reporting and training course information, and allows the public to query reported personnel field evaluation data and related information.
