Environmental Management Administration

This system has been established to handle the declaration and management of soil pollution assessment surveys and testing data for business land as required by Articles 8 and 9 of the "Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act" (hereafter referred to as the "Soil Pollution Act"). It provides an online declaration platform for industrial land to submit soil pollution assessment surveys and testing data before land transfer, establishment, modification, or cessation of business operations. This platform simplifies the declaration process for businesses, improves the review efficiency of local competent authorities, and offers online declaration, progress tracking, regulatory clarifications, and the latest news.

Businesses, the Ministry of Environment and its affiliated agencies, and local environmental protection agencies

The system was planned and established in 2005 and serves as an online submission tool for businesses, an environmental protection agency review and management platform, statistical analysis queries, and regulatory advocacy. It will continue to progress toward the goal of building a record of business land in Taiwan.

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the "Soil Pollution Act," the system provides online submission and review functions, allowing users to query information related to the industrial land.
