The “Declared Business and Assessment Investigator Reporting System” was established in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the “Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act,” “Regulations Governing Soil Pollution Assessment Investigation and Testing Operations,” the “Regulations Governing Soil Pollution Assessment Investigators,” and other relevant legal provisions. The system provides declared businesses and transferors with functions for online submission of soil pollution assessment, investigation, and testing data, and also provides soil pollution assessment investigators with functions for online registration and re-registration applications, site inspection schedule reporting, and related services.
