The "Solid Waste Incinerator Management System" (SWIMS) is established to effectively monitor and manage the monthly operations of Taiwan's large-scale incineration plants. These facilities are required to submit regular operational data, which serves as a key reference for formulating national waste management policies.

In alignment with the ministry's auditing and evaluation framework for waste treatment facilities and their associated environmental protection agencies, SWIMS provides operational guidance to improve efficiency, stabilize the nation's waste treatment capacity, and facilitate the flexible allocation and proper disposal of waste across municipalities. These measures are instrumental in advancing the vision of a comprehensive circular economy.

Consolidate Taiwan's incineration plant locations and relevant issues and track each plant's statistics and operation

Provides access to information on the distribution of Taiwan's incineration plants and their operational procedures, along with the ability to query monthly operational data for each plant, including incineration volumes, intake amounts, and ash generation statistics.
