Syu Min-Syua

Chief Personnel Officer Syu Min-hsuan received his master's in political science from the National Taiwan University. He has served as a section assistant in the New Taipei Government Personnel Section, a section assistant and specialist in the Executive Yuan Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, the chief personnel officer at the Taichung City Shigang District Office, division chief at the Taichung Veterans General Hospital Personnel Office, and division chief in the Environmental Protection Administration Personnel Office. Aside from handling usual human resource management affairs such as organization, appointment, evaluation, training, and benefits, he has also worked on affairs relating to major governmental policies and projects, managing the personnel allotment for central ministries and state-owned enterprises, planning the overseas training for the Executive Yuan's junior and senior civil servants, organizing the National Government Affairs Study Workshop, Senior Leadership Workshop, and the overseas group study "New Southbound Policy—ASEAN Countries Workshop." Chief Personnel Officer Syu works to create a friendly workplace and promote worker's benefits at the Environmental Management Administration, striving to help each staff member realize their potential, thus improving the quality of their work.
