Environmental Management Administration

Chief Government Ethics Officer Liu has a degree in law from the Fu Jen Catholic University. He has served the government ethics departments of the Taipei City Government Department of Education, Water Resources Agency, Taiwan Water Corporation Area 11 Management Office, Coast Guard Administration, Taichung City Agricultural Bureau, and the Taichung District Court, accumulating relevant experience in various disciplines. Through his legal expertise and government ethics experience, he hopes to help the administration progress and prevent corruption, thus making his contribution to environmental protection.
